The "Diversify" program is an employee recognition initiative at Quest Group level, which has been implemented in Greece since January 1, 2013.
This program allows all employees to nominate any of their colleagues, including teams of up to three individuals.
The criteria for nominations are based on exceptional behavior and/or outstanding performance that exceeds the expected job requirements, providing direct or indirect benefits to the company.
Employees wishing to nominate a colleague can recognize them for one or more of the following categories:
- Initiative
- Innovation
- Customer-Centric Mindset
- Problem Ownership
- Performance – Effectiveness
- Self-Improvement
The basic criteria for a candidate are as follows:
- Corporate Culture – Adherence to basic rules
- Consistency – Reliability – Responsibility
- Collaboration – Team Spirit
Nominations are made electronically each quarter, and all data are collected in a database.
The recorded nominations are forwarded by the Human Resources Department to the Directors and CEOs of each company, who make the final decision on the employee or employees who are recognized for the relevant period.
The recognition of employees who stand out includes a symbolic gift, a meal with the key shareholders of Quest Group, and is featured in the company’s Newsletter and Portal. They are also honored at the company’s annual meeting.
