Process

Purpose

The purpose of the "Diversify" program is to recognize and reward employees who make exceptional efforts and stand out according to specific criteria set by the Group. The program is designed to be fair, transparent, and to actively involve all employees, offering them the opportunity to communicate directly with the Group's management.

Implementation / Involved Parties

The "Diversify" program has been applicable across all Group companies in Greece, since 01/01/2013.
The Human Resources Department of each company is responsible for the program's implementation.

The following parties are involved in the process:

  • All employees, who can nominate any of their colleagues, including teams of up to three individuals.
  • Directors and company leaders, who evaluate and select the employees who stood out during the evaluation period.
Evaluation Period / Number of Nominations

The evaluation period is every four months, and each employee is allowed to submit one nomination per period.

 

Description
Submitting a Nomination

Each employee of the Group can submit a detailed and well-supported nomination for a colleague or team who stood out during the evaluation period via the following electronic address: http://diversify.quest.gr.
To submit their nomination, the employee must complete the corresponding form with the following information:

  1. Their own details: surname, first name, company, department, and email
  2. The details of the colleague or team they are nominating: surname, first name, company, and department
  3. Justification for the nomination based on specific criteria set by the Group
  4. Submission of the nomination
Nomination Criteria

Nominees must exhibit 

  1. Adherence to corporate culture and rules

  2. Reliability and responsibility

  3. Team collaboration

Nominators select and comment on relevant categories such as Initiative, Innovation, or Customer Focus.

Processing Nominations

At the end of the evaluation period, the Human Resources Department collects and forwards all nominations to the Directors and CEO of the company for evaluation and the joint selection of the employee or employees to be rewarded. The process is completed within one month after the end of the evaluation period.

Results – Notification

Once the selection process is complete, the CEO sends an email to all company staff, notifying them of the employee or team who stood out, and also informs the Group’s management.

The recognition of employees who stood out is primarily an ethical reward and the opportunity for direct communication with the Group’s management. Additionally, it includes a symbolic gift and a meal with the key shareholders of Quest Group.
